Instructions

TWO (2) PREGNACARE BREAST-FEEDING TABLETS PER DAY, AND ONE (1) OMEGA-3 CAPSULE PER DAY TO TAKE WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL. Swallow with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. You should not chew it. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach. You can start at any time after delivery and use as long as needed during and after breastfeeding.
