Order Processing & Shipping Times

 Products marked as "Available" are in stock and are shipped within 1–3 business days from the day your order is placed, using our partnered express carriers (DHL / FedEx).

If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you immediately by email regarding the status of your order. Products not immediately available are dispatched as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.

Estimated delivery times for your selected carrier are provided during checkout when placing your order.

Specific delivery times during the day cannot be guaranteed. Delivery notes or courier comments are automatically forwarded to the carrier; however, they remain non-binding.

Shipping Costs & Calculation

Shipping rates are calculated accurately at checkout via our integrated shipping platform, based on official carrier rates (DHL / FedEx), using your postal code, city, and destination country.

Free Shipping Promotion: For orders over 180€ and up to 2 kg per order, standard shipping is free of charge.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from solidblanc.com, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Solid Blanc does not store identity documents permanently; we collect or transmit required identification details strictly to carrier officials and customs authorities to facilitate rapid clearance without delay.

In some cases, we may contact you prior to dispatch to obtain required clearance paperwork, or local carrier representatives may contact you directly (typically via telephone or SMS) upon arrival in the destination country.

The recipient name on the shipping label must match the name on the provided identification document.
