How to use: Adults and children 12 years and older: Apply a pea-sized amount of cream to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush daily, twice a day and no more than three times, minimizing swallowing, and rinse. For quick relief, brush sensitive teeth first or put a pea-sized amount of pea-sized cream on a clean fingertip and gently rub the base of each sensitive tooth (no more than twice a day) for 1 minute before brushing.
