The main active ingredient in Turmeric (turmeric) is curcumin, which is found in the root of the plant and is the substance to which the plant owes its characteristic yellow color. Lamberts Turmeric Fast release is a standardized high-strength extract obtained from the plant root that provides 95% curcumin, equivalent to what has been used in most published clinical trials. Each tablet contains 200mg of titrated Turmeric root extract equivalent to 10,000mg of spice powder. In addition, Lamberts Turmeric Fast release tablets are fast release ensuring immediate release and absorption of curcumin (within 15-30 minutes after ingestion).
